Shipping & Delivery Policy – Cute Picks RC
Dear Customer,
Please ensure that you provide your full and correct delivery address and an active contact number while placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation & Delivery
Please stay available for calls from the delivery agent during the delivery period.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated missed delivery attempts, reshipping will require an additional shipping charge.
Reshipping Charges: ₹60 for Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry / Actual applicable courier charges for other states.
Refunds will not be provided for parcels returned due to customer-related delivery issues mentioned above.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the Tracking ID through email or other available communication channels.
We use third-party courier services for delivery. Tracking the shipment is the customer's responsibility using the Tracking ID provided.
3. Delivery Time
Regular Products
Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry: 3–5 working days
Other States: 7–10 working days
Handmade & Customized Products
All over India: 10–15 working days
Selected products: Some products may require 7–14 working days from the date of order/payment, as mentioned on the respective product page.
Delivery may take longer during public holidays, sales periods, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry: ₹69 (including packaging & handling)
Other South Indian States: ₹80–₹100 (up to 1 kg)
North India & Other Regions: ₹120–₹150, depending on the delivery pincode and applicable courier charges.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and applicable courier charges.
5. Unboxing Video – Mandatory
Please record a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video before opening your parcel.
For complaints regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products, a valid unboxing video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the package from the time the courier cover is opened until the contents are completely revealed, without cuts, edits, or pauses.
Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to accept or process the complaint.
6. Urgent Orders
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order. Urgent delivery requests are subject to courier availability and additional charges, if applicable.
